A morning for the senses

Pianos and windows open,

music pours into the garden

Intermittent laughter

A mourning dove coos

The sun shines through

green leaves

and feeds pink and yellow flowers

with its golden light

The wind caresses my cheek

and rustles my hair

it cools me

from hot summer days

The sweet pastry

hits my tongue

it’s delightful smell

invades my nose

what a beautiful morning
