A change of season changes my mind

As the warmth of the sun

reignites everyone,

they play outside.

That once barren white field,

now covered in green laughter.

Endless smiles, shouts echo

Movement now possible.

The wind now cools,

no longer does it freeze,

we embrace it now.

Funny how this change

transforms.

Still under my cloud,

I try to soak in the warmth.

The light helps part my sorrow,

for how long I wonder,

I do not know.

For now, I will

try to reignite

in the warmth of the sun.
